Sister Lidwin - Baldur's Gate 3

While playing the second act of Baldur’s Gate 3, the House of Healing area quickly became a favourite of mine. What really caught my attention were the incredible headdresses of the sisters, and my mind instantly started spinning with creative ideas. Although I initially finished this project in March 2025, some final improvements will be made in 2026 for the Crowns Championship finals.

This costume has a lot of hidden layers. The inner layers consist of a shift and a corset with hand-stitched eyelets. Next is the underskirt and a pocket embroidered with a bloody eye. Then the shirt, skirt and apron as the outer layers of clothing. For this cosplay, I learned how to make bobbin lace and spent about 70 hours on lacemaking. The game reference has a lot of texture and I really wanted to make sure this cosplay came alive with it.

I 3D modelled 3 of the weapons that the sisters wield if you enter combat with them. These were all printed in pla and airbrushed.

I beg you, Sir or Madam - please deliver us aid, so I might close every tear and cleanse every wound,
even those of Harpers and Selûnites.
- Anna Lidwin, URGENT: Request for Supplies

The project was initially completed in February 2025. Prizes: ‘Best makeup’ and ‘Judge’s favourite’ Danish Cosplay Championship 2025. Nordic representative Central Crown Championship 2026.
