What started as a musical night with friends, turned into an evening of cosplay planning. Heather Chandler turned out to be the perfect project to return to this hobby after my break during the pandemic. This costume was a chance for me to ease into the hobby and not force myself to create everything from scratch. The skirt and red scrunchie were the only two items that I sewed and the materials were from my stash. The red blazer was thrifted and altered to fit me. 

My favorite detail is the brooch that I 3D modelled and printed on my resin printer. It’s loosely based on a design from the 1989 film. You can get the design for free here.
